Can I cancel the monthly plan any time?
Yes. There is no lock-in period. Your plan runs for 30 days from payment. After that, no automatic charges — you renew when you want.
What are "contact credits"?
Each credit reveals one buyer's contact details — email, phone, and WhatsApp of the procurement manager. You get 100 credits per month on the Monthly Pro plan.
How is this different from Volza or Zauba?
EximHub gives you named procurement contacts (the actual person to call), not just company names. We also include WhatsApp numbers and email addresses, not just company addresses.
What is an "assured buyer introduction"?
