There are four reliable routes, roughly in order of speed:
- A customs-data contact database. Tools like EximHub attach a verified procurement email or phone to each importing company, drawn from shipment records plus direct sourcing. Fastest path to a checked address.
- Domain search on the company website. An email-finder tool run against the company's domain surfaces addresses tied to it. Reliable often enough to be a standard step.
- LinkedIn + a contact-finder. Search the company name plus a sourcing title to find the right person, then a contact tool surfaces their work email.
- The website itself. Check the contact page, team page, and page source; some firms list buyer or procurement addresses directly.
Whatever the source, verify the address before a real send — keep hard bounces under about 5% or your deliverability suffers.
